UTM SWRK Initial Progression Application

This is the Initial Progression Application to UT Martin's Social Work Program. Students must apply to the program before being allowed to take upper-division social work classes (other than electives). Students must have completed SWRK 200 and SWRK 220 (or be currently enrolled in these classes) and have a minimum of a 2.5 cumulative GPA in order to apply to the program.

You should plan to complete this application before exiting the webpage. It will take approximately 30 - 45 minutes. Documents or information you may want to have access to while completing this application include your Flight Plan, your current GPA, your Values and the Self Assignment from SWRK 200, the NASW Code of Ethics, and the UT Martin Advising Handbook for Social Work Majors.
